OzMatch is very human
Believe it or not, OzMatch has always done everything manually.
For example, in the past, when an Australian man found OzMatch and registered as a free basic member, we checked his profile and manually uploaded his photo and biography to the OzMatch Japanese website.
If a Japanese woman found OzMatch and registered as a free basic member, similarly, we checked her profile and manually uploaded her photo and biography to the English website.
My main role are introducing future partners to the members and supporting the couples but I do almost all administration work including responding to emails.
I sometimes, or more often these days, think I should leave it to the staff to reply to emails.
But on the other hand, it is also true that through email correspondence with each member, I get to know them better and know what kind of women to introduce them to.
Online Dating Sites often say their AI will choose your best match. I believe that their AI is much smarter than me.
But there is a thing you need to consider.
AI sees the member’s profile. Or perhaps how often each member logs in and what kind of women they tend to choose.
OzMatch sees what is not written in the member’s profile.
Through my email correspondence with each member, I can see their lifestyle, their language, whether they are thoughtful or rude, if they are concerned about their age, or if they are still missing their past lovers.
It means that through human interactions, OzMatch can find out what is not written in the member’s profile.

By default, members’ profiles are listed vertically in a single column.
By clicking on the area indicated by the arrow, you can view the member profiles in three columns, as shown here, so you can view them in the way you prefer.

You may be disappointed that you cannot see photos of female members. Sorry but we don’t show our members photos to Free Basic Members who are not sure about having a serious relationship with Japanese woman yet.
If you are an OzMatch Executive member or a 30 Day Trial Member, this is how the list of Japanese female members are displayed.
You will see female members’ photos that are not displayed at the free basic membership level.
If you are looking for someone who is between 30 years old to 40 years old and lives in Brisbane, you can narrow your search down to 30-40s and set the city as Brisbane.
If you see someone you are interested in, click on the photo.
Thus, a second and third photo is displayed, as well as information you need to know, such as nationality, religion, education, occupation, annual income, marital status, children, height, body shape, alcohol and smoking, which are essential for choosing a future partner.
