This document sets forth the terms and conditions under which OZMATCH (“OZ”) provides the One-Day Pass service to its members, as well as the contractual relationship between OZ and the member.

1. Membership Eligibility
Members using the One-Day Pass must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. At the time of registration, the applicant must be at least 20 years of age and, as a general rule, no older than 59 years of age.
  2. The applicant must be currently single, or be in divorce mediation or divorce proceedings by mutual agreement, and must be able to specify an expected date of divorce finalisation at the time of registration, and undertake that the divorce will be legally finalised by that date.
  3. The applicant must be genuinely seeking a partner with the intention of marriage.
  4. At the time of application and during membership, the applicant must be able to provide true and accurate information in all required documents and profile details.
  5. The applicant must have no criminal record.
  6. The applicant must not use illegal drugs.

2. Members’ responsibilities

  1. Members shall use the One-Day Pass solely for the purpose of seeking a marriage partner.
  2. Members must register accurate and up-to-date profile information.
  3. Information provided in the separate Personal Information Form must be fully entered into the member’s profile when using the One-Day Pass.
  4. If a member fails to complete their profile, the member agrees that OZ may input any missing items (including income information) on their behalf.
  5. Members consent to their profile being viewed by other members.
  6. Members shall not alter, delete, copy, print, or disclose to third parties any member information obtained through OZ.
  7. Members are responsible for the management of their login ID and password, and must not transfer, lend, sell, or share them with any third party.
  8. If a member causes damage to OZ due to negligence or improper handling of personal information, the member shall compensate OZ for all resulting damages.
  9. Members shall not transmit harmful programs or engage in any conduct that interferes with OZ’s system or the experience of other members.

3. Services Provided by OZ
During the One-Day Pass access period, members may use:

  1. Full access to the member website
  2. Viewing of female member profiles
  3. Editing of their own profile

4. Usage Rules

  1. Female member profiles may be viewed only during the designated 24-hour period.
  2. Members may edit their profile only during the designated access period.

4. Prohibited Conduct
Members shall not engage in any of the following:

  1. Use of the service by married individuals
    (including those in de facto or common-law marriage-like relationships)
  2. Use of the service for business, solicitation, or promotional purposes,
    including investment schemes, religious recruitment, network marketing, or any paid services
  3. Harassment, defamation, or any conduct disturbing OZ or other members
  4. Saving, copying, taking screenshots, printing, or sharing other members’ information without permission

5. Service Fees

  1. The One-Day Pass fee is:AUD $33
  2. Payment shall be made using the method designated by OZ.

7. Payment Timing and Method

  1. Payment is due on the date the member signs the One-Day Pass Agreement.

8. Service Period and Re-Purchase

  1. The One-Day Pass provides access during the next occurring
    Friday 7:00 pm (Brisbane time) to Saturday 7:00 pm (Brisbane time).
  2. Payments are non-refundable.
  3. Members may purchase the One-Day Pass multiple times within one year without resubmitting the agreement.

9.  Confidentiality of Member Data

  1. OZ will not disclose or share member profile data or related information with third parties, except as required by law or with the member’s consent.

10. Disclaimer

  1. While OZ makes reasonable efforts to verify information provided, OZ does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, legality, or usefulness of member profile data.
  2. OZ shall not be liable for any damages caused by viruses or system issues not resulting from OZ’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Termination and Suspension
OZ may suspend or terminate a member’s One-Day Pass access or membership, without prior notice, if any of the following apply:

  1. False information is found in the member’s application or profile
  2. The member is determined to be married
  3. The member uses the service for solicitation or business purposes
  4. The member engages in harassment or inappropriate conduct
  5. The member violates these Terms
  6. OZ determines that the member’s conduct disrupts the healthy operation of the service

    No refunds will be issued in cases of termination.
